I am writing this letter to complain about the rice which I had bought on 6th October 2011 from your company.

Weight of the rice is not match with weigh on the receipt, in your receipt weight of the rice is 1 ton but after I weigh it again the result is “just” 900 kg.

I hope your response to my complaint and you can give me replacement the lost weight of my rice as soon as possible.
